AtheroMedix changes name to AIM Therapeutics Inc.
TORONTO, Ontario – May 17, 2007: AtheroMedix Inc. (“AtheroMedix”) today announced that it has changed its corporate name to AIM Therapeutics Inc. (“AIM Therapeutics”).
“The Company’s technologies have been enhanced as a result of the merger with Salpep Biotechnology in February 2007”, said Dr. Richard Timmer, President & CEO of AIM Therapeutics. “AIM, which stands for Advanced Immune Modulation, more accurately represents the company’s broadened technology platforms.”
The company has a new logo and corporate identity and is developing a new web site that will be launched in July 2007 to keep its investors and partners up to date on the progress of its development programs.
